High Line Billiards offers a *lifetime warranty on the materials
and workmanship of its billiard tables. Should any defect of
materials or workmanship appear during the *lifetime of the
original owner, notice of the defect may be forwarded to the
distributor whom the table was purchased from. All slate supplied
by High Line Billiards is guaranteed to have been machined flat
and is guaranteed to remain flat provided it has been properly
installed, shimmed and maintained. High Line Billiards reserves
the right to repair minor faults which may be inherent in the
slate. If after inspection of the table it is determined that
a valid claim exists, High Line Billiards, in its sole discretion,
will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge to
the owner. If an inspection is not possible by High Line Billiards
staff, parts deemed to be defective should be returned to High
Line Billiards, freight prepaid. If, after inspection of the
parts it is determined to be defective, they will be repaired
or replaced and returned prepaid by conventional freight. The
labor cost for removing or replacing the damaged part will be
paid by High Line Billiards. If the claim is filed more than
one year from the date of original purchase, all shipping costs
shall be the responsibility of the owner.
This *lifetime warranty does not provide or require the replacement
of the entire table as replacement or repair of the defective
part(s) shall constitute complete fulfillment of all warranty
obligations with respect to the billiard table. This warranty
does not cover or include pockets, rail cushions or cloth as
these are items that are subject to normal wear and tear during
regular play. This warranty does not apply in cases of normal
wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse,
neglect or natural disaster of the parts affected. This warranty
is void if the billiard table is installed by anyone other than
an authorized High Line Billiards installer or approved service
agent. This warranty is in lieu of, supersedes and replaces
any other warranty, express or implied, as may be provided pursuant
to the laws of the state or province where this product is sold.
This warranty is not transferable by the original owner.
